    Arrived timely. Nice packaging with stickers on it. Camera is in good shape for being pre-loved. Appreciated the extra effort with the SIM card + instructions. I wish the camera itself didn’t take wider shots compared to my other camera. Will def buy again in the future though to expand my photography hobby! Also would have liked an extra sticker to rep the brand! Just a suggestion.

    I haven't bought a new camera for myself in years, so I did a lot of research before buying this one. Actually, I did too much research and wound up confused. I finally just broke down and ordered this one because it seemed like a good deal. I'm really glad I bought it. It takes great pictures and it's easy to use. I don't like to spend a lot of time figuring out technology, and the menu on this camera makes things really easy to figure out. I haven't even looked at the owner's manual since I got the camera. The panoramic feature is awesome: just set it on panoramic, hold the button down, and scan the scene from left to right.

    I have to say this really is honestly the only camera youd really need unless you are a professional photographer. It is small enough to carry around anywhere and not have any excuse not to bring it with you when you go places and it takes good quality pictures that dont look like they were taken with a cheap consumer camera right away if framed properly. Not only that but the video quality of the camera is as good as if not better then most consumer HD camcorders out there. Now at first you may think well such camera would be useless for good videos because it being so small there is no way to really keep the video steady. Thanks to optical image stabization the camera stays very steady even handheld. Its image stabilization is actually superior to my Canon HD camcorder which i paid 3 times as much for. This is wonderful as it means you can have one device thats small enough to take anywhere that can take good pictures and excellent video and the video is at 24 frames per second which is rare for a consumer small camera that is the same rate as film so you can get a nice cinematic look.

    I bought this camera 2 years ago and it has never let me down. In high light, low light, up close, or far away, this camera is has given me great shots every time. I recently took this camera up with me on my 1st ride in a small airplane and all the pictures I took turned out clear and bright. The camera comes with many different settings and I have used almost all of them so far. The "vivid" setting really brings all my hiking pictures of the mountains and rivers to life. There is a timer that you can set to take pictures in 2 second bursts, 10 second bursts, or a custom amount of time. I use this a lot when leading hikes to get group photos of everyone in the group. This camera is much sturdier than I would have imagined. I have dropped this camera countless times and it is still working as well as it did the 1st day I got it. This camera is perfect for intermediate photography. It gives you the freedom to capture beautiful photos without having to carry bulky equipment. This camera easily fits in you pocket and comes with a convenient carrying case. It also comes with a wrist strap for added convenience. I ordered the blue model and love the bright color. I have taken hundrends of pictures with this camera and trust it for all my important events. This is definitely a camera that I would buy again and would recomment to anyone needing a small camera that will take a great, clear picture.

    Canon promotes this camera as "point and shoot", and indeed it does that very well. But there are enough controls for exposure time, light sensitivity, focus and metering frames, picture resolution and programmable modes to make this a very satisfying camera to use for demanding shots. The quality of both still and video capture is impressive. The maximum image size (20 Mpix), color accuracy, sharpness and 12x optical zoom enables aggressive cropping to produce detailed images of small objects captured at a distance. I've been very pleased with how intuitive it is once over the learning curve of menus and the downloadable user's guide.. Canon tech support was friendly and knowledgeable when I called about a confusing instruction in the user's guide. Downloading images to a computer by USB cable in extremely quick using the supplied Camera Window software, and incredibly convenient (if a little slower) using the built in wireless capability of the camera. Canon Image Gateway software links easily with the camera to upload images to web-based albums for archiving or sharing. In short, I really like this camera and recommend it.

      All of our cameras are genuine pre-owned vintage units. They are not new, and they are not refurbished to look new. Cosmetic signs of age — light scratches, scuffs, or wear on the body. What we guarantee is function: every camera is tested and confirmed to work before it ships.

      Every listing uses real photographs of the actual unit being sold, not stock or manufacturer images. The camera you see in the listing is the camera you receive. We recommend reviewing the listing photos closely before ordering, as they are the most accurate representation of the item's condition.

      Each camera is powered on and hand-tested before dispatch. We check the lens, screen, zoom, shutter, and all major functions to confirm there is no internal damage affecting photo quality. We do not ship a camera we haven't personally switched on.

      Yes. Every camera ships with a tested, functional battery, and battery performance is verified before dispatch. Batteries in vintage cameras are consumable parts and will hold less charge than when new. Compatible replacements are widely available and inexpensive if you'd like a fresh one.

      In most cases this is a charging issue rather than a fault. We include an international battery charger and will send step-by-step charging instructions on request. If the camera still won't power on after charging correctly, contact us and we'll approve a return for a refund or exchange.

      We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns, which covers testing, inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and preparing the camera for resale. The restocking fee is waived only for items verified as defective on arrival. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

      Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. To open an investigation, we require a clear unboxing video recorded continuously from before the package is opened until the product is fully revealed. This is mandatory evidence that lets us verify the item's condition on arrival. If the item is confirmed defective, we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

      Email us at team@digicamvault.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If you're reporting a defect, include your unboxing video in that first message. Once approved, we'll send return instructions and a return label.

      Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, for orders not yet dispatched, with a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund. Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been released, we can no longer accept cancellations or address changes.
