Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within the time frame of (1x 24 hours) for items bought but not yet dispatched, with a cancellation charge of 5% for our processing platform fee.

We won’t receive cancellations or address changes once order has been shipped or tracking number released.
Starting from 2026 we won’t be reconfirming on the 5% charged as all cancellation within the time frame will be immediately refunded and deducted 5% from the refund amount.
Return

For items that have been dispatched or delivered, a 25% restocking fee is applicable for returns made within 14 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued after a 14 day period.

Restocking fee is waived only for returns of products that are defective upon arrival. Returns for personal reasons will incur a 25% restocking charge.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to an address provided upon request. A return label will be provided by us.
Failed Delivery, Customs & Liability Policy

In the event of a failed delivery, we will be notified by the shipping carrier. As an additional courtesy, we will contact you via email with the required steps to help retrieve the parcel. Please note that this notification is provided as extra assistance only. If the parcel cannot be retrieved despite our notification, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or disposal of the order.

If a shipment shows valid shipping proof confirming delivery to the address provided, we are not responsible for any loss after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the parcel is misplaced, stolen, or collected by a third party.

For international orders, recipients may be required to cooperate with local customs (e.g. providing identification or paying duties/taxes). By placing an order, you agree to comply with these requirements. If a parcel is held by customs and the required steps are not completed, any resulting delays, disposal, or refund requests are not our responsibility.
Product Defective Upon Arrival

We take pride in the quality of our products and conduct thorough inspections before dispatch. If a product arrives defective, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

To be eligible for an investigation and any form of assistance, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from before the package is opened until the product is fully revealed. This video serves as mandatory evidence to help us verify the condition of the item upon arrival and assess the issue accurately.

An exchange or refund may be facilitated under the following conditions: the product must be returned to our warehouse in its original condition, with no modifications, disassembly, or tampering.

Please note that in many cases, products reported as “not working” are due to the battery not being properly charged. We provide an international battery charger and will supply step-by-step charging instructions to assist you.

If the product does not power on after following our charging instructions, we may recommend purchasing a compatible battery charger locally, as this can be faster. Should the product still fail to power on after proper charging, we will approve a return and issue a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests and make the final decision on all cases, particularly where fraud or misuse is suspected.
