CANCELLATION 
Once the product has been processed (2x24 hours) including order verification, assembling, quality check, and packaging, we are no longer accept any cancellation of order.

However, as long as the package has not already processed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Let us know at team@digivault.com that you'd like to cancel your order as soon as possible within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Don't forget to include your order number and the reason why you'd like the cancel!

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. All purchases are final, if you'd like to cancel your order, there will be a 5% processing fee.

REFUND
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to write in within 7 days of receipt with photo proofs of defective or damaged items.

We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage

we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible experience with our camera products. To facilitate smooth returns and refunds while ensuring the integrity of our merchandise, we have implemented the following policy:

1. Recording Requirement:

  • Customers are required to record an uncut video from the moment they start unboxing the product until the process is complete.
  • The video must clearly show the condition of the item upon receipt and during the unboxing process.
  • The package must be recorded as sealed upon receipt to verify its condition upon delivery.

2. Process for Refunds or Exchanges:

  • Customers must contact our customer service team at team@digivaultcam.com to initiate the refund or exchange process.
  • Upon verification of the recorded video and the condition of the returned item, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
  • If a replacement item is requested and available, it will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

 3. Exclusions:

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering not related to shipping may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • In exceptional cases where returns are granted, the buyer needs to be responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated address.
